EKH Mobile Yacht Services has made a commitment to be completely forthcoming with all of our clients. Our goal is to maintain an open relationship with clear lines of communication.
For that reason we have taken measures to carefully explain our company policies and procedures in their entirety. Our EKH Client Work Contract has all of the current policies that we adhere to. We have put them in writing for your review, we also require that these forms be signed and returned to us prior to any work being performed This will establish that our clients have a complete understanding of how we work and have found this a good way to avoid any miscommunications. In addition, it provides a client the opportunity to review these policies and procedures and make a clear decision that we are the company they want to work with.
