Eric has proven himself to be the Best Marine Mechanic in the Business. With over 13 years of experience a commitment to customer satisfaction and an interest in saving the customer time and expense at every chance he can. We pride ourselves on our work ethic and ability. Our work is impeccable and we have excelled in the industry in a very short time. 
 Why we opened EKH Mobile Yacht Services;
 Eric and I met and worked together years ago for a large Marina in the Service Department, our values in customer service were identical and we made the company a lot of money as well as some very loyal and happy customers.
 I left that company to pursue a position at a local college in my desired field of accounting and Eric stayed on with the company to continue his chosen field of Marine Mechanics. 
Everyday Eric would arrive at home; he would be so frustrated. He would tell me that “the customer communication from the office staff to the customers and me is terrible”. This statement became the norm and everyday he would become more frustrated and more miserable.
The cause of Eric’s frustration stemmed from the office staff scheduling him on a customer’s boat, when Eric would arrive there five to ten minutes early on the date and time he was scheduled to meet the customer, he would greet them with a positive attitude and like clockwork the customer would already be furious, they would complain constantly about the lack of communications, the appointments that were made by the office and no one ever showed up, and how they were tired of paying way more than they had been quoted. 
 One Evening in late May of 2007, Eric came home he looked miserable, he said “That’s it, I am going to find a new career, I can’t take this anymore!” I looked at him and knew nothing I could say at that moment would make it better. That one statement proved to me that I needed to do something; I could not stand to see him so frustrated and realize that he would rather leave a career he was so talented at and loved to do rather than have to face the customers and pretend like nothing was wrong with the level of customer service and the price hikes they were receiving. All the time knowing that they were being mistreated and taken advantage of on a daily basis. 
At that time Eric and I had been together personally for a little more than three years, we sat down and decided that we could provide the excellent service and desired communication that all Boat owners are looking for in today’s market and best of all, at a fair price. With our years of experience, values and dedication to customer service, we knew this would make us stand well above the rest in the marine industry. 
 We Did It! EKH Mobile Yacht Services, LLC was formed on June 11, 2007.
I can tell you this was definitely uncharted territory for us, and very scary. But that was the one thing that made us such a great team, we loved a new adventure.
We are so pleased to say that after almost a year in business we are off to a Fantastic Start!
We have kept every goal we set out to do. We are as dedicated to our customer’s happiness now as we were when we only had one client.
We never forget that in our industry Boat Owners have so many choices; we take the time to appreciate the fact, that without our customers we would not have a thriving business. This is something we will never take for granted, that is why we are steadfast and committed to every one of our clients. 
 Eric and I both enjoy helping customers and we are dedicated to providing a different type of Marine Repair and Maintenance Service experience than that of our competitors.
