We hope you are as excited as we are for the start of the 2010 Boating Season! It has been a long, cold winter and by now, we are certain our clients are as ready as we are for the cold to be gone and warmth to take over. With the realization that spring is within our grasp; also comes the excitement in knowing you will be back on the water, enjoying the longer, warmer days and of course the captivating summer nights…
During this time of year in the Marine Business Industry it is a chance to start anew; to shoot for the stars and make this the best year ever. As in any seasonal business, it is also the beginning of a lot of “new companies”; companies’ claiming they can offer the exceptional service that EKH Mobile Yacht Services consistently executes and they promise to provide this at their “Unbelievable Low Price”.
EKH Mobile Yacht Services has watched, year after year, the valiant attempts others have made at following in our footsteps. Sadly, the majority of these new ventures are not around too long and if they are able to stay afloat (no pun intended), it is painfully obvious, that they are unable to fulfill “Our” definition of “Exceptional Service” much less, perform this “Exceptional Service” at their claimed “Unbelievable Low Price”. To our dismay, we have watched some great boaters fall prey to this scenario time and time again, when they choose to jump from one Marine Repair & Maintenance Service Company to another; all in the hope of attaining the promised, yet never fulfilled “Exceptional Service” and “Unbelievable Low Price”.
EKH Mobile Yacht Services made a commitment from the very beginning; to serve all of our clients with respect, consideration and honesty. We have set firm goals within our company that are derived from our own moral compass which has always guided us in providing our clients with the best services they expect and deserve. We have learned through trial and error that the promises we make to our clients is not always the easiest path, however, we are continuously reminded how fortunate we are to have you as a dedicated client, especially at this time of year, when so many new options are available to you and you remain loyal to EKH Mobile Yacht Services; this is what revitalizes us to stay on our challenging path.
That is why this time of year is vitally important to Eric and me. It is when, prior to putting out our spring service price list; we stop and take the time to reflect on our dedicated clients. Noting, year after year through their continued loyalty, that we have upheld the commitments made to them. It keeps us grounded and humble, knowing that our clients believe in us and know that we pride ourselves on always following through.
As we do every year at this time, Eric and I sat down and took a good hard look at the superior services we provide in relation to the reasonable prices we charge. Then, as any successful business does, we incorporated the current economic situation, your continued dedication and our commitment to provide the best service our clients expect and deserve at a price they are completely satisfied with. In the past we have offered many specials, ranging from our very own “Economic Stimulus Discount” to “Maintaining Prior Year Pricing”. We are always in search of a new ways to express our thanks for the dedication our clients bestow on us and there is no better way to show that appreciation like saving you as much money as possible during these tough economic times.
Taking all of the above into account, we feel confident stating; we not only came up with another great deal; in fact I believe we developed one of the best deals available this season.
We are Rolling Back Our Spring Service Prices!
And I mean really rolling them Back! Not just back to last year’s prices, instead, we are rolling this year’s spring start up prices all the way back to the spring prices from 2008! This means you are going to get the superior service you have come to expect from EKH Mobile Yacht Services and at a price that you were charged two years ago…
In addition, many of our dedicated clients took the time out of their schedule last year to complete our 2009 Client Satisfaction Survey. Because they did we were able to analyze areas that we could improve on to provide the best service. Many of our clients found the spring and winter package choices to be confusing and just simply not needed. For that reason we simplified our spring start-up packages, in fact we completely revamped them into a more user friendly program. We removed all of the optional items; items that will not prevent you from getting back on the water and created a package that had services that our clients routinely use every year. Our Complete Care Package has all of the necessary components to ensure a fantastic start to this year’s Boating Season!
